Marc David Freed – Secretary, Legal counsel, and a Member of the Board of Directors

Marc practices law in the Silicon Valley, specializing in business organizations and transactions, intellectual property transactions and real estate and estate planning Formerly a partner at a boutique intellectual property firm, he is now in solo practice.

He started his legal career over thirty five years ago in San Francisco. Marc has also represented several non profit corporations, including a Buddhist organization, a Chinese American music teachers association and an organization assisting immigrants coming to Silicon Valley.

Marc was graduated from Carleton College, magna cum laude, with a BA in Political Science and from Harvard Law School with a JD. He was born and raised in Colorado and has lived in California since 1977.
